The Burns Funding Method
A structured capital participation strategy for select clients who have secured funding through an independent third-party lender. It's a 100% repayment model built on high-yield passive income streams.
Four stages, from approval to full repayment.
-
Lender-led
Funding approval
The client first secures approval through an independent third-party lender.
- Capital is approved and disbursed directly by the lender.
- Any business credit facilities issued are managed by the lender.
- The lender guides the client through its approved process for accessing working capital.
-
By invitation
Optional participation
Participation is by invitation and at the sole discretion of Burns Funding. If selected:
- Net proceeds are calculated after lender-related fees and closing costs.
- The remaining capital is divided into two portions.
- One portion is retained by the client for unrestricted, discretionary use.
- The other portion is allocated to Burns Funding.
- The client's retained portion carries no repayment obligation tied to it.
Participation is governed by a separate written agreement. Allocated funds must be transferred within the required timeframe to maintain eligibility.
-
Managed by Burns Funding
Capital deployment & repayment structure
The portion allocated to Burns Funding is deployed into passive income strategies that are:
- Owned and controlled by Burns Funding
- Structured to generate recurring income
- Managed for long-term performance
The objective is to support repayment of the full funding balance through a structured, performance-based strategy.
-
The outcome
Full repayment
Once the business loan balance is fully repaid:
- The loan obligation is satisfied in full.
- The client retains all capital originally secured.
- No ownership, equity or operational control is transferred.
- The financing relationship with the lender concludes according to the original loan terms.
